Defter is a simple customer notebook for small businesses such as salons, workshops and studios. Each customer has one card with their name, phone number, a free note and a dated visit history, such as "cut and blow-dry, 600 TL". The list is sorted by name and shows the date of the last visit. Search by name, note or phone number; search understands Turkish letters, so "cilek" finds "Çilek". Connect Defter to your other apps and your customers follow you there: the customer number, name and phone number are sent when you add or change a customer. Notes travel only if you allow it on the connection, and visit history never leaves Defter. Mark a customer as private and their details stay with you: the phone number is masked in the list, they are left out of CSV exports, and connected apps receive only their customer number and the private mark. Marking someone later does not recall what was already sent. Customer data is stored encrypted. You can download your non-private customers as a CSV file that opens in Excel, and delete all of your data at any time from the settings screen. The interface is in Turkish.
