About
Kasa is an income and expense ledger for small businesses that work in Turkish lira. Record each income or expense with an amount, date, category and description. Every month shows total income, total expenses and the net result, with a daily chart and a breakdown by category. Connect a sales app and sales land in the ledger on their own: a paid sale becomes income, a paid return becomes an expense, and a cancelled document removes its entry. Online stores and your own systems can also send sales to a private address that Kasa gives you. Your entries can go on to your other apps, such as an accounting or reporting app. An entry you mark as not shared stays in Kasa. Set up rent, salaries or a monthly fee once as a recurring entry, and Kasa writes it on each due date. Download any month as an Excel workbook or as a CSV file that opens correctly in Turkish Excel. The interface is in Turkish. Amounts are kept in Turkish lira only, and Kasa does not issue e-invoices or file tax returns.
